Darlene Pidgeon has over 10 years of continuing experience in portfolio management concentrating on equities and debt instruments in the areas of technology, healthcare science and logistics. She’s a consultant for private foundations and provides strategy insights for technology companies. She can provide evidence-based analysis, valuations, strategic M&A plans and exit strategies for the different business structures in various industries.
Darlene earned her MBA, cum laude, from Rutgers University; she has a B.S. degree in Business and Management with a specialization in Industry Analysis from the University of Redlands and an A.S. degree in Nursing from Grossmont College; she holds a certification in Value Investing from Columbia University’s School of Business in New York and has completed the Blockchain Technology program for Smart Contracts. Darlene is also a member of the National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA), Rutgers University Alumni Association and Columbia University’s Value Investing Group.
