Mae Hines is degreed in Real Estate/Business and has more than 25 years’ experience in business including computers, travel industry and real estate. She has owned successful businesses in computers and the travel industry. Ms. Hines has been a consultant to various businesses. In her role as a consultant she would access a company’s processes and procedures, and determine their needs. Her analysis included income statements, cash flow, profit and loss, NOI, debit services, expected cap rate and ROI. Business plans, executive summaries, and MBRs’ and any other attainable business related data was used to reach an aggregate business assessment. The information provided would allow the client to fully assess their current situation and evaluate the options and solutions that would help them to move forward in a positive direction. Ms. Hines would assist with implementing their option choice, either to sell or make necessary changes to become more proficient, allowing them to cut cost and function more efficiently.
Ms. Hines functioned as a Mortgage Consultant/Processor/Underwriter Assistant for more than 15 years. She consulted with clients to help them get the best mortgage financing to meet their individual needs, sometimes utilizing creative finance options. She also trained and supported other consultants, in the analysis of credit reports, income reports, appraisals, collateral, tax documents, assets, title and other pertinent documents such as bankruptcy and divorce decree.
