Peter comes to LINK with 30 years of experience as a senior sales executive of motion pictures and television shows in the entertainment industry. He has worked for some of the most illustrious and powerful studios in the business, including Universal, MGM/UA, Polygram and CBS. His television syndication sales background helped bring shows like Cosby, Roseanne, Hill St. Blues and Martha Stewart Living into the living rooms of America. Peter has sold programming in virtually every city in the US, from affiliates and independent stations in small-town markets to the board rooms of New York and every other major metropolitan center. While Peter believes the most important attribute in sales is being a good listener, he credits his consistent success in a fiercely competitive marketplace to integrity and old-fashioned hard work: research, preparation, attention to detail, follow-through and rapport-building with customers. Peter has built and maintains enduring relationships that encompass a broad network of clients and professional associates alike. Necessity or efficacy may make help broker deals, but salesmanship combined with professionalism and fair-dealing forges strong business relationships. Peter grew up in Los Angeles, spending most of his professional career there. He also has lived and run offices in New York and Dallas. He holds a BS degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and an MBA degree from the USC School of Business. He is an avid fly-fisherman, spending his vacations angling in the company of good friends, many of whom are colleagues and former clients.
