Steve has over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in technology, administration, and relationship management. He has a proven ability to grasp business or ministry needs, evaluate priorities and apply computer technologies. He is skilled in managing projects, analyzing business requirements, and integrating systems along with a reputation for building team morale, decreasing employee turnover, and raising staff productivity. Steve’s focus is “Improving businesses one process at a time.”
Steve started his career by serving in the US Navy both overseas and onboard the USS Vella Gulf (CG-72) operating and maintaining communication systems. After the Navy, he completed his BS in Organizational Management while becoming a Microsoft Engineer (MCSE) and Certified Trainer (MCT). While implementing document processing and imaging at Prudential, he received an MBA focusing on eBusiness from Regent University. He holds a PhD in Leadership from Southern Seminary where he served as Director of Procurement overseeing operational and capital expenditures.
