LINK Raleigh Office Administrator
My role at LINK is very exciting, and I am proud to be a part of such a great and flourishing company. My tasks vary day to day, and each day is different from the last. I am the Executive Assistant for the Principal of LINK’s Raleigh Office, David Buboltz. I provide David with assistance in tasks that need to be completed in a timely manner. I also help manage his schedule, go over any updates he needs to be aware of, and provide him with feedback on topics when necessary. We strategize the best marketing techniques and develop plans to put those techniques into action. I have also met with certain clients on his behalf to retrieve important documents when he is unavailable or busy.
On the office level, I manage the cleanliness of the office, organize files and office supplies, and ensure there is always a pot of coffee on for whenever the brokers need a caffeine boost. I pay close attention to the office’s supply inventory to ensure we are well stocked with everything we need. I provide assistance with the Brokers when needed, whether that be with navigating through our CRM software or finding ways to better organize the files on their computers. I am extremely self-motivated, and I love to help out whenever and wherever I can. I have always held myself to a high standard and always strive to give everything my all. Over the years, I have worked a variety of job positions that have allowed me to obtain and develop useful skills that are helpful with my position at LINK and in everyday life.
When I am not working, I am usually snuggling up with my cat and dog watching Netflix. I also love going on hikes, trying new restaurants, traveling to new places, and participating in adventurous activities (zip-lining, white water rafting, rope courses, etc.). I love the ocean, and my all-time favorite thing to do is to walk on the beach at night.
