Chad is a senior level business leader with more than 20 years of experience in multiple industries. His primary focus is to create value by implementing diversified growth plans strategically designed to deliver sustainable long-term profitability. This focus coupled with a strong commitment to high ethical and professional standards, positions him nicely to deliver strong results for business owners seeking to buy, sell or grow their businesses.
Prior to joining LINK, Chad held multiple leadership roles within companies ranging from small/mid-size to Fortune 200 with focused efforts in the automotive, packaging, appliance and medical device spaces. He has extensive experience in driving innovative solutions to position portfolios that grow share position, expand market segments, while increasing enterprise value. He has participated in several M&A transactions and has lead teams in several functional areas, such as Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing and General Management.
Chad’s family has a long history as small business owners. He made the decision to begin transitioning out of the corporate world after seeing several close friends and family members suffer with their business growth efforts and having no plan of succession or exit strategy. Drawing on his background and work experiences, Chad is dedicated to provide leadership and focus that would allow business owners the opportunity for growth and success in acquisition and exit planning.
