Roger’s journey to LINK is built on a diverse career. After working on drilling rigs in Australia, he launched a successful commercial fishing venture, which he ran for over 12 years. Following that, he transitioned into the financial services sector, where he specialised in investment management, family trust formation, and taxation services. This varied experience has given Roger a unique understanding of the grit, resilience, and commitment needed to thrive in business, as well as a solid foundation in finance and strategic planning.
