Russell's journey into business began at a young age. At 24, he left an accounting firm to work in a steel manufacturing business. His most notable role was serving as CFO for 17 years at a highly respected residential building business in Christchurch.

Specialising in fast-paced, pragmatic sales processes, Russell emphasises the importance of robust relationships with both sellers and buyers. His approach is characterised by integrity, hard work, and effective communication. People and systems-oriented, Russell manages multiple tasks with ease, ensuring a seamless experience for his clients.

Outside of LINK, Russell has spent over half his life in Canterbury, and is passionate about its growth and development. He looks forward to contributing to its thriving future. One of Russell’s greatest personal passions is playing golf across Aotearoa and it’s what helps him relax before a busy week assisting clients.
