Sunil Patil

Sunil is a seasoned business executive and trusted advisor with a demonstrated history of management, leadership and business consultancy. He brings a pragmatic approach with over 30 years’ experience working in diverse industries including Dairy, Food, Consumer and Chemicals & Plastics, and across different cultural backgrounds in New Zealand and offshore.

After a long career with Fonterra, Sunil is now aligned with LINK as a business broker. He looks forward to putting his skills and knowledge to use to help people make the most critical decisions in their business life cycles.

His experience ranges from global investments and divestments to executing business strategy, commercial negotiations and managing operations in both corporate and small/medium business entities.

Sunil has a reputation for finding creative solutions and is a connector and a trusted partner with excellent communication skills. He is as happy ‘getting his hands dirty’ on the shop floor as he is tackling due diligence activities in tough commercial environments.

Sunil’s academic background includes an Engineering degree and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Waikato and is supplemented by his rich learning from various roles and life experiences.

Outside of work, Sunil enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, playing golf, watching most sports and trying different foods. Sunil is very approachable, and his work ethic and robust business experience will assist you in getting the best value for your business.
