This part time psychiatrist in the Southeast Denver/DTC/Aurora area is looking to retire and place his approximately 180 patients with a qualified practitioner or group practice.  For more than 30 years in the area, he has built a highly desirable patient base with reliable, quality, cash pay at premium rates. 

This is a rare chance to efficiently grow by quickly adding a group of patients and move elevate your existing practice to the next level or start a new practice with a solid new foundation reaching high profitability very quickly.  The practitioner has consciously vetted his patients to ensure they are reliable, good to work with and aren’t difficult.

• Office Schedule – Average 30 appointments per week 9:30 am -3 PM.  No appointments on Fridays and ½ days on Wednesdays.  Average 20 Hours per week with patients. 
• Appointments  – Highest % of appointments are 15 Min Med Check with written prescriptions
• Telehealth  – 2/3 of appointments are telehealth, no current zoom or video.  1/3 In person appointments
• E.H.R. System – None
• Office Space – Available for lease renewal, not required for transition unless SBA or Bank finance required.
• Buyer Requirements – A licensed current Psychiatrist individual or Group Practice in Colorado or looking to re-locate to Colorado.  Comfortable with some amount of psychotherapy. 
• Additional Opportunities – Independent Evaluations - $450/hr
• Timeline – Looking for someone ready to move on a purchase and would like to have an agreement by end of the year.
