The professional staff train and nourish the students of hip hop, contemporary, ballet and vocal. The reputation of this business is anchored to a philosophy of caring for teens and pre-teens, male and female students whose lives are enriched through the nurturing environment of this venue. Popular summer camps and Master’s programs are offered each year. Toddler programs and private adult lessons expand the choices. This studio and has become the ‘go to’ for Weddings, Dance Teams and other events that showcase dance.

The spacious facility (3805 sq ft) includes reception area, restrooms, office, a 40X40 dance studio and smaller (547 sq ft) classroom with ballet barre and special lighting. Lease terms are favorable with 6 years remaining @ $5000 per month. (escalation clause)

Currently, the studio is open from 3 PM – 9 PM. The facility could be expanded to include morning Cardio, Yoga, Mat Pilates and/or Salsa dance. 

Current owners are willing to stay on depending on the desires of the new ownership.
