We are looking for an industry-similar company or the right PE / individual investor with a construction background or knowledge.
This long term construction company has 18 employees. They have built a solid reputation that will transition easily to a new owner. Reason for selling - owner is retiring and will stay for required transition period.
Interested parties will be required to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement and provide personal or company financial statements verifying the required funds for the acquisition.
