Before stepping into the CEO role in 2021, Bruce made his mark as one of LINK's top business brokers, successfully handling deals worth $1 million to $20 million across industries like manufacturing, services, engineering, digital technology, and media.

Bruce's journey as an entrepreneur has taken him from New Zealand to the UK and back again. Along the way, he built an import and distribution business from the ground up, growing it to a team of over 35 people. In the UK, he spotted an opportunity to help manufacturing businesses grow and co-founded a specialist finance company providing smart solutions for equipment and materials funding.

Coming home to New Zealand in 2004, Bruce put his experience to work as a consultant, helping companies expand their horizons. He played a key role in building Asia Pacific distribution networks for a leading European electronics brand and created award-winning digital marketing campaigns for the New Zealand Government.

His talent for making deals happen hasn't gone unnoticed. Bruce was recognised by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) as New Zealand's top performing business broker in both 2016 and 2019. Under his leadership, LINK has held onto its position as the country's largest business brokerage firm.
