Palma Telan

Pal joined LINK's Finance Team in the 2nd quarter of 2021 to support LINK Group of Companies. She appreciates team rapport and collaborates productively within team settings and her commitment to continuous improvement to sustain a healthy organisational culture.  

With six years of accounting and financial services experience in an accounting firm; six years in finance and admin role; managing different clients' financial reporting and analysis, end-to-end accounting processes, Bureau of Internal Revenue audit, and assessment.  And five years at Corporate & Investment Banking for Compliance Reporting Services before moving to Auckland.

Key accomplishments: established succession planning for the team, achieved, and delivered productivity targets via innovation and process efficiencies, Operational Excellence Awardees (CRS Team) for the automation of manual processes.
